摘 要: 对新铁炮百合(Lilumformolongi)的9个基因型的叶片抗热性形态指标进行了探讨。结果表明:抗热性较强的基因型有较大的下角质层厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、栅栏组织/海绵组织比值、叶片厚度,这5项指标可用于测定新铁炮百合的抗热性;9个基因型的抗热性强弱顺序为:M>M2 8>O2 10>O2 28>O1 13>M2 9>O ovum>O>M1 10。 The heat-resistance morphological indices of leaf blade of nine genotypes of lily(Lilium formolongi) were studied.The results showed that genotypes with stronger heat resistance have greater low-horny substance thickness, palisade parenchyma thickness, sponge parenchyma thickness, and palisade parenchyma/sponge parenchyma ratio. These five indices can be used to evaluate heat resistance; the ability of heat resistance of nine genotypes is: M> M_(2-8)> O_(2-10)> O_(2-28)> O_(1-13)> M_(2-9)>O-ovum>O> M_(1-10).
