摘　　要： 本文从三个方面分析了唐长安城屡受水患的原因:排水系统的规划设计不够完备;未针对地形特点采取相应的防洪对策;城市水系缺乏足够的调蓄能力。 This paper analyses the causes of urban inundation of Changan City in the Tang Dynastyas follows: the city's sewerage was not well-designed, countermeasures against urban waterlogging were not adopted and the storage capacity of its urban canal system was too weak. It may serve as reference for people studying the history of city development as well as for planners and designers of urban flood control.
