摘 要: 采用平皿培养方法分别对三种草花共计 9个品种的种子样品进行了种子寄藏真菌检测和纯化、鉴定。结果表明 ,一串红两个品种的种子样品寄藏真菌带菌率最高 ,分别达到 72 .5 %和 5 4 .0 % ,万寿菊三个品种的种子样品寄藏真菌带菌率分别为 1 1 .5 %、1 3.0 %和 1 1 .5 % ,矮牵牛四个品种的种子样品带菌率在 1 7.0 %~ 5 0 .5 %之间变化。三种草花种子寄藏真菌共有 9种类型 ,根据其形态特征鉴定为链格孢菌 (Alternaria alternata、A.tenuissina、A.tenuissima)、毛壳菌(Chaetomium sp.)、青霉属 (Penicillium sp.) ,编号为 B、C、G、H的四种分离物的分类地位待定。研究结果表明 ,链格孢菌是一串红。 Seed -borne fungi of nine cultivars collected from threeannual flowers were determined by means of perti-dish testing.method The isolations were purified and identified. The results showed that the pathogens were detected in all the cultivars. The rate of seed-borne fungi inSalvia splendenswas the highest and the lowest in Tagetes erecta. The percentage of seed-borne fungi varied from 11.3%to 72.5%. Accroding to the morphology, the isolations were confirmed as Alternaria(including A.alternata?A.tenuissina?A.tenuissima), which was the dominant species in the experimental cultivars, Chaetomium, Penicillium and other four species(B?C?G?H) which had not been identified.for their classification.
