摘　　要： 关于我国通货膨胀的原因,一般的解释是基建规模膨胀、消费基金膨胀、货币供给失控。本文对这些解释进行了更深层次的考察,认为基建规模膨胀与投资体制、就业压力、示范效应有关;消费基金膨胀是由于分配上的“铁饭碗”、“大锅饭”没能彻底打破,包亏损、包就业、包经费开支等体制弊端;货币供给之所以失控,是由于货币供给控制机制不适应变化着的商品经济形势。 It is said that the reasons for China's inflation are inflated scales of capital construction, the swollen disbursement on consumption and the uncontrolled money supply. The article makes a deeper observation to the effect that the inflated scale of capital construction is linked with the investment institution, the pressure for employment and the impact of models; that the swollen disbursement on consumption is due to the remaining 'iron bowl' and 'big pot' in distribution, such as the systems of undertaking deficit by the state, employment assurance, unemployment, prove, expenditure-fund guarantee, etc.; and that the controlling mechanism of money supply does not adapt to the changing situation of commodity economy.
