摘　　要： 在深圳经济特区的中外合资、合作企业中,中港合资、合作企业占绝大多数.本文在调查部分中港合资企业的基础上,对它们在承包方式、满负荷工作方法和发展企业文化,更新管理意识及其效果等方面的经验作了总结,以推动中外合资企业的发展。 Among China-foreign joint and cooperative ventures in Shenzhen,those of China-Hong Kong constitute the overwhelming majority.Based on an investigation of some ofhem,this paper sums up their experience in such fields as mode of contract,full-loadworking method,developing enterprise culture,renewing enterprise consciousness ane theeffect thereof,with view to promoting the development of China-foreign joint venturesin general.
