摘　　要： 经济犯罪与经济纠纷相交织的案件,在当前工商行政管理部门受理的经济案件中占有相当的比例。正确处理这类案件,必须提高认识,掌握有关的法律和政策,准确认定犯罪分子的诈骗行径,及时将犯罪线索移送侦查机关,才能有力地维护社会主义经济法制。 In the total numder of economic cases received by industrial and commercial admi-nistration department, cases with economic crime and economic dispute interwoven oc-cupy a considerable percentage. The approach to the correct handling of such cases is toraise the ideological level, command the related laws and policies, accurately recognizethe criminal's fraud, and timely transfer the clue to crime to the investigator, thuseffectively safeguard the socialist economic laws.
