摘　　要： 本报告对8个合资企业的生产、经营销售、技术与管理经验的引进,以及合资双方的合作等方面作了较全面的调查,实践证明,这8个合资企业是办得成功或比较成功的。文章初步总结其成功的经验,并指出了尚存在的问题。 This is a report as a result of a fairly comprehensive investigation over the produc-tion, management, marketing, the introduction of technology and managing skill, andcooperation in eight Sino-Japan joint ventures. These eight joint ventures have provedsuccessful or comparatively successful: and this paper sums up their successful experiencein an initial manner and points out the existing problems.
