摘　　要： 建筑业是具有鲜明的世界性、开放性的产业,应以此为立足点来确立我国建筑业的发展战略。目前,我国建筑业因基建投资压缩处于低谷之中,应大力发展国际承包与劳务输出,以增强我国建筑业的国际竞争能力并缓解国内市场“僧多粥少”的矛盾。这不仅是使建筑业走出低谷的有力措施,也应是建筑业发展的长期战略。 Building industry is a distinctly global and open industry.This should be the baseon which to formulate our strategy for development of building industry.At present,China's building industry is undergoing a recession owing to reduction of investment incapital construction.Therefore,energetic development should be secured for internationalcontracting and and labour export with a view to reinforcing the international competeta-tire power and at the same time alleviating the conflicts in domestic market arising fromShortage of demands.This shall not only be a significant measure to get rid of thepresent recession,but also a long-term strategy for the dcvelopment of China's buildingindustry.
