摘　　要： 普通高校办高水平运动队已经10年,目前仍面临办队形式,运动员来源,教练员基础条件等问题的困惑。本文通过多角度的分析,提出办高水平运动队应该多种形式并存,开放招生,教练员专职化及人力,物力,财力给予保证。 It has been ten years since the first college high level sports team was established. However,many difficuties are still preventing us from getting more and faster progressed,for instance,the team form, candidates for selection,foundamental situations,and trainers abilities etc.In this article, based on the analysis from different angles,a relatively acceptable suggestion to improve the development of the training should allow various forms compete while getting open enrollment,full-time trainers,and guarantee personnel, material and financial support.
