摘 要: 加强足球运动员的身体训练是近代足球训练体系的一个重要组成部分,而只有根据足球运动的特点去进行身体训练,才能有利于足球技术水平的提高。本文系统性阐述现代职业足球运动员身体训练的内容结构以及其训练的原则和方法,并提出目前在国内职业足球队的身体训练中存在的主要问题,以供广大足球教练员参考。 Fitness training is an important parts of the modern soccer training systems.
