摘 要: 蝎毒是一种毒性仅次于蛇毒的生物毒素,具有复杂的生理和药理活性。采用常规体外试管法和分光光度法,研究了蝎毒对哺乳动物血液的溶血作用及理化因素对溶血效果的影响。结果表明:蝎毒的溶血活性随浓度的升高而增强,随pH值升高而降低,且蝎毒的溶血活性存在光敏感性。 The scorpion venom is a biotoxin, of which the toxicity was only less than snake venom, and it has complex physiological activity and pharmacological activity. The hemolysis of scorpion venom to mammal and the influences of physical and chemical factors on hemolysis effect had been studied by conventional in vitro tube method and spectrophotometry method. The results showed that the hemolysis activity of scorpion venom increased with increasing concentration and decreased with increasing pH value, moreover, it was sensitive to the light.
