垃圾土与土壤改良剂对15种新优绿化植物生长的影响

摘  要: 通过15种新优绿化植物盆栽试验,研究了垃圾土和添加土壤改良剂(生物质焦+磷灰石)对植物生长及抗逆性的影响。结果表明,垃圾土处理明显增加黄金香柳、花叶栀子花、斑叶香娘子和红花玉芙蓉叶片的电导率和MDA含量,从而增加植物质膜透性和膜脂过氧化程度,最终减少植物生物量的积累,抑制生长。添加土壤改良剂可较明显地缓解垃圾土对黄金香柳、花叶栀子花、红花玉芙蓉叶片质膜伤害、提高植物的抗逆性、改善植物的生长活性。垃圾土生长环境下垂枝红千层、角茎野牡丹、花叶夹竹桃生长良好。研究结果可为垃圾填埋场的土地回用、环境修复以及绿化苗圃的建设规划提供技术依据。 The effects of landfill soil and soil amendments(bio-char and apatite) on growth and stress resistance of 15 new landscape plants were researched through pot experiments.The results showed that conductivity and MDA content in leaves of Melaleuca bracteata,Gardenla jasminoides ’saureovariegat’,Premna serratifolia ’Variegata’ and Leucophylum frutescens were significantly increased in landfill soil treatment,thereby increasing plasma membrane permeability and membrane lipid peroxidation in plant,and finally leading a decrease of biomass accumulation in plant and inhibiting of plant growth.Soil amendments could alleviate the membrane lipid peroxidation in leaves of Melaleuca bracteata,Gardenla jasminoides ’saureovariegat’ and Leucophylum frutescens induced from landfill soil,thereby improving the stress resistance and growth activity of plants.Callistemon viminalis,Tibouchina granulosa and Nerium oleander ’Variegatum’ can grew well in landfill soil.
