摘 要: 根据国内外相关文献研究,结合运动生物力学原理,探究核心力量训练对游泳运动员身体位置的作用及训练方法,筛选出更适用于游泳项目的核心力量训练方法,着重强调指导基层二线或三线运动员力量训练。 According to the relevant literature research both at home and abroad and combining with the principle of sports biomechanics,this research explores core strength training on the role of the physical location of the swimmer and training methods,sifts the core strength training methods which are more suitable for swimming,but it emphasizes on guiding grassroots second-or third-line players′ training.
