摘 要: 四冲程柴油机广泛应用于农业机械工作,但冷却系统设计的缺陷、工作条件的恶劣等因素会影响柴油机的经济性能。对柴油机的冷却系统进行技术改进,采用电控蜡式调温器代替普通蜡式调温器、采用电控硅油离合器的轴流式风机代替直接驱动风机、采用冷却腔分流式冷却设计、采用纳米流体等措施,能够有效地提高柴油机的经济性能。 Four stroke diesel engine is widely used in agricultural machinery,but the design defect of cooling system and bad working conditions might affect the economic performance of diesel engine.The technological improvement of diesel engine cooling system was carried out by measures of using the electric wax type thermostat instead of normal wax type thermostat,the axial fans with electronic silicone oil clutch instead of direct drive fan,the shunt type cooling design in cooling cavity,and adopting the nanometer fluid,which can effectively improve the economic performance of the diesel engine.
