摘　　要： 2012年12月国家标准化管理委员会正式发布了GB/T 29149-2012《公共机构能源资源计量器具配备和管理要求》来指导和规范公共机构能源资源的计量工作。为了更好地使相关人员及时准确地了解和掌握该标准的主要内容,本文将对该标准进行详细深入的解读。 In December 2012,Standardization Administration of China officially released GB/T 29149-2012,Requirements for equipping and managing of measuring instruments of energy and resource in public institutions,to guide the energy resources measuring of public institutions. In order to make the potential users better understand the standard,the paper deeply interprets the standard GB/T 29149 in detail.
