摘　　要： 组织行为学是一门新兴的综合性、交叉性、边缘性的应用学科,是二十世纪四十年代创建和发展起来的行为科学知识在组织环境中的应用,也是管理科学发展中逐渐形成的一个分支。本文试图就组织行为学的基本概念、研究对象和范围,以及社会和理论基础等问题,谈一些粗浅的意见。 A newly emerging applied discpline of a comprehensive, overapping and frontier type, organizational behaviourism is the application of the behaviourlst science which came into being and got initial development in the 1940s. It is also a branch gradually formed in the science of management. The essay intends to put forward some preliminary views on the basic concept, object of study, scope of study, as well as the social and theoretical basis of organizational behaviorism.
