摘 要: 本研究从Deutsch 对目标结构的划分及定义出发,考察了目标结构对6—9岁儿童合作与竞争行为的影响。结果表明:(1)目标结构对6—9岁儿童合作与竞争行为有显著影响。(2)儿童在合作目标结构下,合作行为随年龄增长的趋势不明显.(3)在竞争目标结构下,竞争行为随年龄增长而明显增长。(4)儿童竞争策略的发展早于且优于合作策略的发展。 The effect of goal structure on coopera-tive and competitive behavior of 6--9-year-old children was studied in this research onthe basis of Deutsch's division and definitionof goal structure.The results indicate that:1)goal structure has remarkable effect on 6--9-year-old children's behavior;2)underthe cooperative goal structure cooperativebehavior does not manifest any apparenttendency to increase with age;3)under thecompetitive goal structure competitive be-havior increases obviously with age;4)chil-dren's development of competitive strategytakes place earlier and better than that ofcooperative strategy.
