摘　　要： 刘少奇将马克思主义的基本原理与我国新民主主义经济的具体实际相结合,创造性地提出了以股份制合作经济形式,引导农民和手工业者,通过市场实现社会主义改造和社会主义工业化的思想,基本解决了马克思主义经典作家所没有解决的“历史难题”,为我国胜利地实现对农业、手工业的社会主义改造奠定了深厚的理论基础,为探索建设具有中国特色的社会主义道路作出了杰出的贡献。 Liu Shao-qi cpmbined the basic principles of Marxism withthe specific reality of the New Democratic Economy in our country, creatively put forward the thoughts on realizing socialist transformation and socialism industrialized, by leading farmers and handworkers,in the form of the share-holding system cooperative economy, through market. He basically solved the 'historical problem' what the Marxist classical authors had failed to solve. It was he that laid thd solid theoretical foundation for realizing the socialist transformation of the agriculture , handicraft industry and made an outstanding cotribution to searching for the socialist road with Chinese characteristics.
