摘  要: 电导法测定氯化天然橡胶 (CNR)的脱HCl速率 ,具有测试精度高、再现性好的特点 ,可连续测定CNR脱氯化氢的速率 ,是研究CNR在低温下热降解行为的有效方法。文中研究了温度、试样量、粒度和制备方法等对脱HCl的影响 ,在这些因素中 ,其中温度对脱HCl量的影响较大 ,但在低温下 ,其脱HCl的量仍然不多 。 The conductance method used to measure the rate of HCl escaped from chlorinated natural rubber (CNR) has the characteristics of high measuring accuracy and repetitiveness, which can be used to measure the rate of HCl escaped from CNR continuously and is an effective method to study the thermal degradation of CNR at low temperature. The effects of the temperature and the quantity, granularity and the method for preparation of the test sample were studied. It is shown that among them the temperature has a remarkable effect on the rate of HCl escaped and at a low temperature, the amount of HCl escaped is too little to affect the quality and application of CNR either in oxygen or in nitrogen.
