摘　　要： 本文对传统意义上的自主创新概念进行了修正和拓展,认为中国的自主创新应该以全面创新思想为指引,在组合创新的平台上,通过二次创新和集成创新最终实现自主知识产权的开发和应用。并提出除了研发驱动的技术创新之外,中国企业还应该重视非研发驱动的商业模式创新、颠覆性创新、回溯创新、并购创新和设计创新,并实现研发驱动和非研发驱动创新的协同。同时,政府、科研机构和大学应该对企业的自主创新提供指引和支持的作用。 The traditional definition of indigenous innovation was modified and expended in this paper,which we defined as the innovation process to develop and apply technologies with independent intellectual property within the discipline of total innovation management,which was initialed by secondary innovation and integration innovation.Furthermore,we proposed that enterprises in China should complement research driven innovation with non-research driven innovation,namely business model innovation,disruptive innovation,reverse innovation,innovation driven by merger and acquisition,design driven innovation,and coordinated systematically.We explained the roles played by government,university and national public research in the last section of this paper.
