摘　　要： 本文论述了技术转移的研究历史,提出了建立技术转移学的必要性,并概括了这门新兴学科的研究对象及学科体系。最后,笔者对技术转移学中的两个理论问题发表了见解。 The essay elaborates on the history of the research in technological transferring, and from which expounds the necessity of establishing a technology-transference theory. Finally, the authors puts forwards his own views on two theoretical issues concerning the technology-transference theory.
