摘　　要： “一手抓建设,一手抓法制。”这是马克思主义者的远见卓识。深圳特区五年多的发展证明,只有高度重视、认真加强法制建设,才能从宏观方面保障特区的社会主义方向;才能顺利地引进外资和先进技术,发展外向型经济;才能切实搞好特区的精神文明建设。法制建设与经济建设同步进行,是深圳已走过的正确道路,也应是深圳今后的继续之路。当前,要进一步健全立法机构、完善经济立法,全面提高政法队伍的素质和大力加强涉外经济法律人村的培养。 'Stress both construction and legal system' represents the Marxist-Leninist far-sight.The development of Shenzhen SEZ in the past over 5 years has demonstrated the truth that only when the building of legal system has been attached great importance to and has been implemented in a conscientious way, can the socialist direction of the SEZ be ensured in a macroscopic sense, can the foreign capital and the advanced foreign technology be introduced into China without obstruction, can the exportoriented economy be developed, and can a good job be done in building the cultural civilization in SEZ.The synchronic progress of the parallel buildings of legal system and economy is the correct path on which Shenzhen has been forging ahead, and is to be the future direction, too. This, of course, involves the further perfection of the legislature and the economic laws, enhancing the level of all those engaging in legal work, and the enthusiastic cultivation of the foreign-concerned economic and legal talents.
