摘 要: 要在激烈的市场竞争中取得长期优势,房地产中介企业不仅应为客户提供优质服务,而且应提高客户感觉中的关系质量。作者对广州市优秀的房地产中介企业进行了一次调查,发现优质服务和良好的客户关系是这些企业成功的关键性因素。 In order to gain long term competitive advantage in the market,the real estate brokerage operations must not only provide quality service to their clients,but also improve the relationship quality perceived by the clients.The authors have made a survey of the first class real estate agencies in Guangzhou and found out that quality service and good client relations are the keys to their success.
