摘　　要： 本文主要研究跨世纪国际投资与外资政策新变化问题,着重论述世界性产业结构调整与产业转移新态势,国际投资发展的新趋势,以及与此相适应的外资政策演变的规律和我国外资政策新变化的情况。 The paper mainly studies new changes in transcentury international investment and the policy of foreign capital and analyses industrial structure and new trends of industrial transformation of the world,new trends in international investing development,the law for policy evolving of foreign capital and new changes in China's foreign capital.
