摘　　要： 本文认为汪康年主张变法，提倡设议院、兴民权，强调保护民族资本主义工商业，其历史定位应是维新派。本文提出：维新派内部也有激进和温和之分，汪康年与康有为、梁启超的分歧在于变法道路上的异趣。 Abstract It is argued in this paper that Wang Kangnian played a historical role as an advocate of reform because he supported reform, proposed the setting up of parliament, promoted civil rights and emphasized the importance of protecting national capitalist industry and commerce. The paper holds that there is a distinction between radicals and moderates even among reforme supporters and that the difference between Wang Kangnian and Kang Youwei, Liang Qichao lies in their diversified views on the reform paths, the former representing moderates and latter radicals.
