AbstractThe guides and other workers of travel services leaving for a better job is a serious phenomenon in China, which affects the ordinary operation and development of the travel services. In order to maintain an ever lasting superiority in the fierce market competition, the travel services should do a good job in employing, training, using and retaining their employees. First, they should employ those employees with career love, cooperation competence and faithfulness towards their own enterprises; Second, they should improve the personal qualities of their employees by means of training and practive work; Third, they should offer a fair competition opportunity to the employees so as to bring into full play the creativeness of their workers and retaining their excellent employees.
