摘　　要： 本构想从建立我国社会体育评估制度的目的、意义和作用入手，阐述了建立《制度》研究的指导思想、方法保障与基本构架。在基本构架中，界定了本项研究的核心概念一社会体育，划分了评估单位，说明了研究成果的形武，并从构成《制度》要素的概念系统、组织系统、指标系统、激励系统和资金系统等五个方面，论述了建立《制度》研究的基本构架． From the purpose, meaning and function of establishing social sport evaluation system in China, the article expounds the guiding ideology, methods and basic structure of the sys tem .In the basic structure,the social sport Which is the major concept of the study is defined, the evaluation units are divided and the form of the achievements is explained.The paper discusses the basic Structure of estblishing the system from the following five aspects: concept system, structure system, index system, encouraging system and fund system.
