摘　　要： 90年代是世界中长跑运动迅猛发展的年代 ,几乎所有的男、女中长跑项目的世界纪录都被打破 ,产生了一批历史上优异的成绩。本文回顾、比较分析了 90年代以来世界中长跑运动的进展历程 ,并展望 2 0 0 0年后世界中长跑发展的特点 ,以求引起人们对中长跑运动的重视 ,进一步推动我国中长跑运动的发展。 World mid-long race developed rapidly in the 90's.Almost all male and female mid-long race records have been broken.The course of world mid-long race in the 90's and their developing features in 21 st century were studied,as to arouse people's attention to the mid-long race.
