摘　　要： 众多的研究结果表明 ,长时间大强度的运动引起了机体 ,尤其是参与收缩活动的组织氧化应激的增加 ,被认为是运动性疲劳的原因之一。利用相关指标综合评价运动中的氧化应激具有实际意义。如何防御运动所引起的氧化损伤是一重要的研究课题。 There is consistent evidence from human and animal studies that strenuons physical exercise may induce oxidative stress,it is belived one of the causes of fatigue.It is important to estimate oxidative strees with relative indexes simultaneously.It is significant how to prevent oxidative strees in exercise.
