摘　　要： 依韦伯的“官僚模型”建构的传统政府,受到市场化的经济改革潮流的强烈冲击,从70年代末起,世界上一些主要国家纷纷开展行政改革,出现了“企业家政府模型”“授权模型”和“灵活政府模型”等.当代政府的行政改革虽然取得许多重大成果,但仍有一系列问题在探索之中.研究当代行政改革趋势,对行政学研究和我国政府的行政改革都有重大意义. As a result of the market economic reform,the foundation of the traditional governments constructed on Webber's Bureaucratic Government Model has violently been shaken. Since the 1970s,some major countries in the world have kept carrying on their administrative reforms, and there emerged various government models such as the Etrepreneur Government Model, the Empowered Government Model, and the Flexible Government Model, etc. Although significant achievements have been made in the administrative reform by contemporary governments, there are still a lot of problems for further exploration. Beyond a doubt, research on the current trend of government administrative reform will be of great significance to our study of public administration and to our country's government administrative reform.
