摘 要: 从许多指标来考察90年代广东的教育事业,确实取得了较大的成绩。但这些指标却忽略了一个现象:90年代广东省不同学龄人口数量呈非均衡的交替波动式增、减变化。这种变化对全省各级教育事业产生了很大的影响,突出表现为不同学龄人口就学率发展不平衡。在广东已提前实现“普九”的好形势背后仍存在不少初中适龄儿童辍学或未能上学等问题。本文分析了广东今后不同学龄人口数量的变化趋势,呼吁加强以学龄人口就学率目标来修订未来教育事业发展规划。 Abstract Education in Guangdong province has made great progress in the 90s as examined by many standards.However,the ups and downs in the number of schoolaged population in Guangdong have not been considered.This change has exercised great influence on education in Guangdong.This paper analyzes the tendency of change in the schoolaged population in Guangdong and suggests that the development of education in Guangdong should be planned in consideration of the schooling rate in the school-agedpopulation.
