摘　　要： 从许多指标来考察９０年代广东的教育事业，确实取得了较大的成绩。但这些指标却忽略了一个现象：９０年代广东省不同学龄人口数量呈非均衡的交替波动式增、减变化。这种变化对全省各级教育事业产生了很大的影响，突出表现为不同学龄人口就学率发展不平衡。在广东已提前实现“普九”的好形势背后仍存在不少初中适龄儿童辍学或未能上学等问题。本文分析了广东今后不同学龄人口数量的变化趋势，呼吁加强以学龄人口就学率目标来修订未来教育事业发展规划。 Abstract Education in Guangdong province has made great progress in the 90s as examined by many standards.However,the ups and downs in the number of schoolaged population in Guangdong have not been considered.This change has exercised great influence on education in Guangdong.This paper analyzes the tendency of change in the schoolaged population in Guangdong and suggests that the development of education in Guangdong should be planned in consideration of the schooling rate in the school-agedpopulation.
