摘　　要： 智力资产是专业服务性企业最宝贵的资产。要在激烈的市场竞争中取得持久的优势，专业服务性企业必须做好求才、育才、用才、留才工作，即必须创造性地做好专业人员选聘工作，高度重视专业人员培训工作，努力提高专业人员的技能和服务水准，采取一系列激励性措施。 Abstract Intelligent asset is the most valuable asset of the professional service firms.In order to maintain an advantageous situation in competition,professional service firms must select and recruit proper job applicants,commit to employee training,bring into full play their potentials and enable them to be devoted to the firms.
