摘　　要： 十五大以来我国政治现代化在法治建设、机构改革、廉政建设、民主制度等领域取得新进展。深圳市龙岗区大鹏镇试行的“三轮两票制”民主选举镇长的改革探索是政治体制改革的创举。 New progress has been made in China′s political modernization in the aspects of setting up a legal system, reforming the organizational structure, building an honest and clean government and establishing a democratic system, etc. since the 15th CPC Congress. The exploration of reform represented by the democratic election for the head of Dapeng Town , Longgang District, Shenzhen City is a pioneering undertaking of the country′s political system reform. This election tried out a combined way of 'Three rounds and two votes' This case is pregnant with a new breakthrough in China′s political system reform.
