摘　　要： 中国基层民主政治进程在严格的法律规制下推进， 带有强烈的法制色彩。本文从我国选举法及相关法规条文的解读中，揭示中国基层民主政治实践蕴含的３ 个价值取向：偏重秩序构建；普遍原则与特殊原则相结合的混合主义；权利保障的国家主义。 The course of China′s grass-roots democratic politics pushes its way strictly under the law and regulations and therefore, it has a glowing color of legality. On the basis of interpreting China′s electoral law and its related statutes and articles, this paper elucidates such three value orientations as preference for establishment of order, mixture of the universal principle and the specific principle and the nationalism protecting its rights.
