摘　　要： 澳门进入后过渡期以后，社会治安开始恶化，犯罪率居高不下，罪犯低龄趋势明显，案件带有涉黑性质，居民安全感下降。其根本原因在于澳葡政府长期对澳门不负责任的管治，造成其社会经济结构单一，政治文化落后，为澳门黑社会势力的发展提供了空间。未来的特区政府应标本兼治。 Abstract The public security situation deteriorated with the coming of the handover,which features with high criminal rate,more juvenile delinquency,and more crimes involved with the Triads. It is the Macao governments long irresponsible administration that results in the fragile social economic structure and underdeveloped political culture,and leaves room for the Triads to develop.The future Macao SAR government should tackle the problem from the essence,and only then can Macaos public security situation be improved.
