摘　　要： 严格相符是信用证法律关系中一项独特的基本原则。在适用严格相符原则时，必须同时遵循实质和程序两种条件。 Strict compliance is a fundamental rule peculiar to the system of letter of credit. This article analyses the substantive component and the procedural component to be followed in the application of the strict compliance standard.
