摘　　要： 本文主要回答３个问题：一、亚洲金融危机为什么会波及菲律宾？二、菲律宾政府如何应对危机？三、菲律宾的灾情为什么比邻国相对要轻？ This article discusses the impact of Asian financial crisis on the Philippines and answers why its losses were not heavier relatively in this area. It's helpful for us to draw lessons from Philippine options in financial system and economic policies.
