摘　　要： 依据中外优秀跳远选手的比赛数据统计和对比分析，运用运动生物力学原理和方法，论述了垂直初速度对跳远成绩的影响及其意义，揭示了一次成功跳远所应具备的主要技术指标。 On the basis of the competitive data statistics and comparative analysis for the excellent broad jumpers both in China and abroad, by sports biomechanical principles and methods, the influence of the vertical speed of take - off on broad jumper result and its significance was discussed, it was revealed that the major technical indexes being qualified for a successful broad jump.
