摘　　要： 对高校 2 8名优秀橄榄球运动员的 1 0项身体形态、8项身体机能及 2项血液生化指标进行研究 ,结果表明 :高校橄榄球运动员具有身材高大 ,体格健壮 ,爆发力强 ,反应灵敏 ,呼吸功能良好 ,手掌较长 ,但体脂偏高的形态与机能特征。在与其它球类项目运动员的比较中显示 ,高校橄榄球运动员存在着体重大 。 Study of ten morphological items,eight physical functional items and two blood biochemical targets of 28 elite American footballers showed American footballers are tall and tough;they have strong physique and explosive force,agility,fine respiratory function and longer palm,but they have relatively higher fatness.Compared with athletes in other sports they are heavier,but relatively weaker in strength and weaker cadiovascular function.
