摘 要: 以C57BL/6J雄性小鼠跑转笼为运动方式,研究了从5 月龄开始进行为期8个月的运动训练对小鼠心肌线粒体复合物I、复合物IV及ADP/O比值的影响。发现复合物INVDH脱氢酶活性及ADP/O比值随增龄而降低,MDA含量随增龄而升高;而运动训练使心肌线粒体呼吸链出现显著的适应性变化。 The effects of long term physical training on the age related changes of mitochondrial repiratory chain function in mice heart were investigated.The result indicates that the activities of complex I and complex IV were decreased in the aging process,and MDA contents were increased.The adaptation changes of mitochondrial repiratory chain appeared after prolonged physical training,which inhibited lipid peroxidant in aging mice heart.
