创新人才的培养策略与教育质量观的导向作用

摘  要: Based on the analysis of the characteristics of creativity, the authors posit that creativity has three different levels, which are awareness, creative thinking and creative ability. The principal strategy for creative qualities is through practical experience. It includes basis strategy, environmental strategy and behavioral strategy.In order to develop creativity, there need to be creative teachers, and also, the orientation of quality education is very important. With the re-focus of education from examination--oriented to quality-oriented, some ofthe traditional measures need also to be changed.
