摘　　要： 主要阐述了“社会体育评估办法”这一法规文件草案的研究经过及其内容。社会体育评估办法主要内容为:总则、组织领导、评估方式与标准、奖惩、资金等。 Methods and standards for evaluation and assessment of the management of mass sport activities were discussed,based on which the'Regulations for Assessment of Mass Sports'was drafted including contents of General Principles,Organization,methods and standards,rewards and penalties,funding,etc.
