摘　　要： 2008年以来国内房地产业高速发展,已经成为推动国民经济发展和GDP稳定增长的主要支柱行业。如何客观反映房地产业过热或过冷,近年来一直是学者关心和研究的重心。通过介绍国内外房地产预警研究的进展,总结归纳出我国房地产预警研究方法的分类框架,指出房地产预警研究已经由单一学科理论研究向多学科交叉融合的发展趋势。 Since 2008,industry of real estate has become the main pillar of the development of national economy and the stable growth of GDP.How to report the statue objectively,has been concerned by scholars in recent years.Through the introduction of domestic real estate warning research progress and research methods of real estate early warning,authors summarize the classification framework of real estate early warning.In conclusion we point out the tendency of the research,which is from theories of single discipline to interdisciplinary studies.
