加氢装置检修期间硫化亚铁自燃预防与对策

摘  要: 近年来,加氢装置工艺过程中产生的硫化物对加工设备和油品储罐的腐蚀现象时有发生,不但给产品质量控制和环境保护带来新的问题,而且由于加重了设备腐蚀,给日常生产和检修带来安全隐患。特别是在装置检修过程中,硫化亚铁自燃导致了多起设备、储罐火灾爆炸事故。对某石化公司加氢装置在大检修期间的硫化亚铁自燃隐患提出防范对策:优化工艺防止FeS产生,严格检修防止FeS自燃,使用钝化剂消除FeS活性,做好FeS自燃事故预案。 In recent years,corrosion occurs sometimes in the processing equipments and the oil tanks caused by sulfide which is produced in the process of hydrogenation unit. This not only brings new problems for the control of product quality and environmental protection,but also brings hidden dangers for safety in the process of daily production and maintenance due to more serious equipment corrosion. In particular, spontaneous combustion of ferrous sulfide during the maintenance of the unit led to several fire and explosion accidents. Aiming at the hidden dangers of spontaneous combustion of ferrous sulfide during major overhaul period,Karamay Petrochemical Company puts forward such preventive countermeasures as optimization of process to prevent the production of FeS,strict inspection to prevent spontaneous combustion of FeS, use of passivation agent to eliminate FeS activity and completion of accident plan for FeS spontaneous combustion.
