锐劲特和除尽防治小菜蛾的研究
Studies on the Regent and Chlorfenapyr against the nymphs of Plutella xylostella

摘  要: 通过锐劲特和除尽对小菜蛾幼虫的室内毒力测定,结果表明:锐劲特对2龄幼虫的LC_(50)值为20.19 mg·L^(-1).LC_(95)值为66.90mg·L^(-1).对4龄幼虫的LC_(50)值和LC_(95)值分别为21.31,85.82 mg·L^(-1);锐劲特对小菜蛾的毒力高于除尽。田间药效试验结果表明,几种拟除虫菊酯、有机磷、氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂对小菜蛾的防效差,除尽可以起到较好的防治效果,而锐劲特50 mg·L^(-1)浓度下防效可达到98.6%,防治效果最好。 Toxicity of 5% Regent SC to the second and the fourth age of diamondback moth, and toxicity of 10% Chlorfenapyr SC to the second age of diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella (L.), were evaluated in the experiment respectively. It was showed that 5% Regent SC had high toxicity to the second and the fourth age of P. xylostella. But with the age increase, the LC_(50) increased, too, but the toxicity decreased. After 24hrs of spray, the LC_(50) of Regent to the second and the fourth age were 73. 56 mg·L^(-1) and 106. 91 mg·L^(-1), the LC_(95) were 510. 14 mg·L^(-1) and 858. 42 mg·L^(-1). And after 48hrs of spraying, the LC_(50) were 20. 19 mg·L^(-1) and 21. 31 mg·L^(-1), the LC_(95) were 66. 90 mg·L^(-1) and 85. 82 mg·L^(-1). Similarly, 10% Chlorfenapyr SC had high toxicity to the second instar nymphs of P. xylostella. After 24hrs and 48hrs of spraying, the LC_(95) were 554. 27 mg·L^(-1) and 284. 11 mg· L^(-1). The toxicity of Chlorfenapyr was a bit lower than Regent. In one word, young instar nymphs is the pivotal stage of prevention and control of the pest.
