摘　　要： 大学生就业困难的问题已经成为一个普遍关注的社会问题,为了改变大学生就业难的现状,必须在就业指导工作上做出努力,提高就业指导工作的针对性,在传统的就业指导基础上大胆进行创新,跟上社会发展的步伐,为学生就业提供更加符合社会时下需求的指导。 The employment problems of university students has become a social issue of common concern, in order to change the situation of university students employment, must make efforts in employment, improve the employment guidance for innovation, bold on the basis of traditional employment, keep up with the pace of social development, to provide more in line with the society nowadays the demand guidance for students' employment.
