摘　　要： 当前,随着高等院校的逐年扩招,高校就业指导和服务体系逐步建立和完善起来。与此同时,面对更加严峻的就业形势,全国高校的就业指导与服务体系建设仍然存在一些亟待解决的问题,对社会发展、家庭和个人产生一些不利影响,造成教育资源和人才资源严重浪费等问题。本文试图简要分析目前我国高校就业指导和服务体系建设,以期探求促进大学生就业的对策建议。 At present, as the enrollment expansion of institutions of higher education, college employment guidance and service system gradually establishes and perfects. At the same time, face more severe employment situation, there still exists some problems in university employment guidance and service system construction, produces adverse effects on the development of the society, families and individuals, resulting in serious waste of educational resources and human resources. This article analyzes the employment guidance and service system construction in our country university at present, in order to explore the countermeasures to promote the employment of university students.
