摘　　要： 多媒体管理员的良好素质是确保高校多媒体教学工作顺利进行的重要保证。当前,我国高校多媒体管理人员的素质参差不齐。文章分析了管理员的素质现状及形成原因,提出了提高多媒体管理员素质的主要途径:加强多媒体教学相关专业和学科的建设,选择和确定多媒体管理人员的归口部门,加强对团队的建设与管理,对多媒体管理人员实行人性化管理。 Multimedia administrators' good quality is the important guarantee to ensure multimedia teaching being carried out smoothly in colleges and universities.The quality of colleges and universities' multimedia administrator is uneven in our country.The article analyzes the quality stutus of multimedia administrators and its causes.Meanwhile,it proposes the main ways of improving their quality: strengthening the construction of majors and disciplines related to multimedia teaching;choosing and determining the belonging department of multimedia management personnel;reinforcing the team construction and management and managing multimedia administrators in a humanized way.
