摘　　要： 动态目标的智能跟踪系统主要用来实现对动态目标的自动跟踪系统,其硬件系统包括带有镜头的摄像机及其装载驱动器的云台、控制台、自动跟踪伺服系统及联路等。基于该系统,提出了一种使用最少的视频帧数就能实现对运动目标进行实时可靠的检测和智能跟踪,满足特定的监控要求的最少帧差法。并通过了实验验证了其有效性。 The intelligent track system of dynamic goals mainly used for realizing the auto-tracking system to the dynamic goal,including camera lens,the cloud platform which load the driver,console,auto-tracking servo system and unite circuit,etc.Under this system,propose a kind of the least frame numbers method,named the least frame method,which can realize real-time and reliable detection and intelligent tracking to the dynamic goal,satisfy the specific control request.And have verified its validity through the experiment.
