摘　　要： 文章从国际法角度出发,以历史的眼光梳理了国际旅游法的发展历程,揭示了国际旅游法治领域国际习惯法与国际条约法并存的基本现状,对国际旅游法近年来的最新发展动态做了进一步的探讨,并对中国提出初步建议。 From a perspective of international law,this article will try to re-examine and describe the evolution of the International Law of Tourism in the historical context,introduce its status quo featured by the co-existence of customary international law and international treaty law,further discuss its new development,and accordingly give China some advices.
